In many reseller environments, "mint" usually implies an item that looks as it did the day it came off the factory line, except that it cannot be called "New" because it has been used or at least opened. So, in short, there needed to be enough air-pack and/or fill to prevent sliding and contact with the physical computer body. The power cord was underneath the computer, lifting it up. The air packaging around the computer also had extra space on all sides so the air-pack and unit were sliding around inside the box. This means a hit on either end where no air tubing was protecting the computer, could transfer impact shock directly to the computer case. Inside, the air-pack envelope for the computer itself would have been adequate except two opposite ends were not inflated, allowing the computer to come in almost direct contact with the sides of the box. SHIPPING/PACKAGING: The order arrived on April 6 (partly due to my choice of UPS Ground shipping). Shipping label created with UPS around 6 pm that day.
